Our Advantages

Why Businesses Hand Us Their Cargo

Freight is a commodity; service is not. These are the things our customers tell us they cannot get elsewhere.

Transparent Freight

One written quotation covering freight, packing, loading, unloading, halting and taxes. No charges appear at delivery that were not on the quote.

Cargo Safety

Commodity-specific packing, sealed and locked vehicles, verified drivers and optional transit insurance for high-value loads.

Committed Transit

Published transit days for every lane we run, daily departures on trunk routes and a proactive call from us if anything slips.

Single Point of Contact

A named coordinator for your account who knows your consignments, your consignees and your billing preferences.

All Modes, One Booking

Road, rail, air and ocean arranged from the same desk, so you are not stitching together three vendors for one shipment.

Clean Documentation

Proper LR, e-way bill assistance, GST invoice and proof of delivery — the paperwork your accounts team actually needs.

Storage When You Need It

Short and long-term warehousing at origin or destination, so a delayed consignee does not become your problem.

Part Load Economy

Pay only for the space you occupy. Ideal for distributors sending 200 kg to 3 tonne consignments on a regular cycle.

Trained Crews

Loading teams briefed on the commodity before they arrive — glassware, machinery and furniture are not handled the same way.

Choosing a Mode

Which Mode Fits Your Consignment?

A quick comparison of the four modes we operate. Our booking desk will confirm the best option for your specific lane.

Indicative comparison — actual transit time depends on lane, season and clearance.

Common Questions

Before You Book With Us

Freight is calculated on the higher of actual weight or volumetric weight, along with the lane distance and the vehicle type required. For part loads we quote per kg or per package; for full loads we quote a lump-sum vehicle charge. Packing, loading and unloading are shown as separate lines so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Yes. Bubble wrap, corrugated rolls, stretch film, cartons, thermocol and wooden crating are arranged by our team and included in the quotation when packing is part of the scope.
Standard carrier liability applies to every consignment. For high-value goods we strongly recommend transit insurance, which we arrange at a small percentage of the declared value. Declare the correct value at booking so the cover is valid.
We assist with e-way bill generation and update Part-B with the vehicle details. The invoice and GSTIN details have to be provided by the consignor at the time of booking.
Yes. For customers with regular volumes we sign a rate contract that locks freight for defined lanes, guarantees vehicle allocation and consolidates billing into a single monthly invoice.
Record the damage on the delivery challan before signing and inform us the same day with photographs. We investigate immediately and process the claim as per the terms agreed at booking.
